Laurie Fitzpatrick, Master Mentor, has lived most of her adult life on Cape Cod where she has made a career as a small business owner, communications professional, and nonprofit leader while raising three children with her husband in Chatham.  As a certified leadership coach and the Director of Operations at the Gestalt International Study Center (GISC) in Wellfleet, Laurie has been devoted to the personal and professional development of leaders and professionals from the region and around the world for nearly a decade.  At GISC, she oversees the nonprofit's programs and operations, facilitates learning groups, and co-leads a program for those seeking to make personal or professional transitions.  Prior to this role, Laurie served as Director of Public Relations for an architectural firm, co-founded and ran an international seafood export company, and operated a photography business as a sole proprietor.  Her background in communications and small business management informs her work with leaders and professionals and she brings a creative, entrepreneurial approach to the roles in which she serves.
